What payment types do you accept?
We offer Express Checkout options like Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. Alternatively, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Afterpay and Zip and of course, Sage x Clare Gift cards.
Do you offer lay-by or similar?
We don't offer lay-by however, we do accept Afterpay. Afterpay is a buy now, pay later platform that lets you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, interest free. Please note, Afterpay late fees, eligibility criteria and terms & conditions apply. Visit afterpay.com for full terms.
What type of security does your site have for internet transactions?
All information regarding your transaction and identity is kept confidential through Paypal, which uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. Paypal adheres to the highest security standards, as set by international PCI (payment card industry) compliance.
How are your items priced?
By default, all prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax. Sage x Clare reserves the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error on the website, our Customer Care Team will contact you to notify of the discrepancy and provide correct pricing.
If you are located outside of Australia, you can toggle your to your local currency in the top right corner of the website (or at the very bottom of the website if you're shopping on a mobile device). This will mean that you are able to shop and checkout in your chosen currency.
Any pricing displayed on Google's organic listings are automatically generated by Google and can sometimes include incorrect and outdated information. This information can arise from Google pulling from a third party website or could reference an old sale that has since been removed from the Sage x Clare website.
