Fraudulent Websites copyUpdated a day ago

Unfortunately, there have been several illegitimate ads and a scam website impersonating our brand. These ads are across several social media platforms and are replicating our aesthetic and content to promote a sale that doesn’t exist. We are working hard to get them pulled down but in the meantime, please be aware. We always recommend shopping directly through our official website, which is www.sageandclare.com - or our trusted stockists to ensure authenticity and your security. If you are unsure if a stockist is genuine, please reach out to our team at [email protected] prior to purchase - we will be more than happy to assist.

What to look out for:

  • Ads or websites offering prices that seem too good to be true.
  • Any URLs other than: www.sageandclare.com
  • Spelling or formatting errors on the site.

If you've already purchased or shared your details:
Here's what to do next:

  1. Stop all communication with the scam website, email or number.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider immediately to report and block the transaction.
  3. If you used PayPal, report the transaction via their Resolution Centre and consider freezing your account temporarily.
  4. Change your passwords, especially for email, banking or any accounts using the same login.
  5. Enable two-factor authentication for extra security.
  6. Monitor your accounts and stay alert for any phishing messages or suspicious activity.
