USA Shipping Temporarily PausedUpdated a month ago

As of August 25th, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to temporarily pause shipping to the United States for approximately 3–4 weeks. This short pause will give us time to navigate the introduction of new tariffs on orders under $800 USD, coming into effect on 29 August.

We know this may cause some disappointment (we are so disappointed also!), and we’d love to offer an immediate solution. However, with the current changes happening within the Australian Postal Service to the United States, we’re unfortunately unable to do so right away.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll update our US-based customers as soon as US shipping is available again. We are confident that this pause will not be longer than 3-4 weeks, but we will keep our US customers posted!
