A loyalty voucher can be applied to a maximum of 50% of your full-priced purchase, meaning that it unfortunately cannot be used on sale items. So if the value of your voucher is more than 50% of your order or your cart contains some gorgeous sale items, your voucher will not be able to be applied to your order. 

The good news is that vouchers last for 6 months! So if you have already redeemed this, hold onto it and you can use it on your next order x
